    Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Learning Cycle Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar IPA Siswa Kelas Va SD Negeri 181 Pekanbaru

    This research aims to improve the achievement science of school year 2015/2016. The subjects of the research was the students class VA of SDN 181 Pekanbaru in number 44 students. It is a classroom research by two cycles. The data of the research shows that the achiement having improved. It is proven by the score result of the theacher's activity on the cycle I by mean 60% (enough category) improved as 10% to 70% (good category) and cycle II 80% (good category) improved as 5 % to 85% (very good category). The students activity on the cycle I by mean 60% (enough category) improved as 5% to 65% (good category) and the cycle II improved by mean 75% (good category) improved as 10% to 85% (very good category). The research finding also having improved, where before the learning cycle learning model. Was implemented on the passed based score was 18 students (40,90%) by mean 62,20. The cycle I, the passed students having improved as 28 students (63,64%) by mean 78,55 and on the cycle II improved to be 37 students (84,09%) by mean 83,64, this show that the application of learning learning cycle model can improve science learning outcomes grader VA SD Negeri 181 Pekanbar

    The Application of Fuzzy Logic Controller to Compute a Trust Level for Mobile Agents in a Smart Home

    Agents that travel through many hosts may cause a threat on the security of the visited hosts. Assets, system resources, and the reputation of the host are few possible targets for such an attack. The possibility for multi-hop agents to be malicious is higher compared to the one-hop or two-hop boomerang agents. The travel history is one of the factors that may allow a server to evaluate the trustworthiness of an agent. This paper proposes a technique to define levels of trust for multi-hop agents that are roaming in a smart home environment. These levels of trust are used later to determine actions taken by a host at the arrival of an agent. This technique uses fuzzy logic as a method to calculate levels of trust and to define protective actions in regard to those levels

    Metode Reduksi ISO Image Sistem Operasi Open Source Berbasis Linux

    In this paper, the Reduction Method of ISO image for Operating System of Linux Distro (Open Source Based on Linux) is proposed. IGOS Nusantara as a Linux Distro is used on this study. The reduction method of ISO image for IGOS Nusantara consists of modules elimination and USAge of an optimal compression technique. Using the reduction method optimally on the rpm files of the application packages of IGOS Nusantara will decrease their sizes. Experiment results demonstrate that some of the rpm files can be reduced from 40 MB to 29 MB. All reduced rpm files and other modules are processed into ISO image. By this method, the original size 890 MB of ISO image can be shrinked into 685 MB. The small and compact size of ISO image are very useful to save the internet bandwidth in downloading IGOS Nusantara and also to make it more responsive when it is used by users

    Mata pelajaran matematika adalah salah satu mata pelajaran yang diajarkan pada setiap jenjang pendidikan danmerupakan bagian integral dari pendidikan nasional dan tidak kalah pentingnya bila dibandingkan dengan ilmupengetahuan lainnya. Rendahnya minat belajar matematika siswa, mengakibatkan aktivitas dalam kegiatan belajarsiswa dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran di dalam kelas belum seperti yang kita harapkan. Kegiatan siswa yangmemperhatikan pelajaran yang diterangkan oleh guru masih sedikit, sehingga materi pelajaran yang disampaikankurang dipahami siswa. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, penggunaan media adalah salah satu alternatif yang bisadigunakan agar konsep-konsep matematika bisa lebih dipahami oleh siswa. Salah satu bentuk media yang dapatdigunakan adalah alat peraga kartu persamaan. Tujuan daripenelitian ini adalah : pertama, ingin mengetahui seberapa besar respon siswa dalam penggunaan alat peraga kartupersamaan dalam pembelajaran matematika. Kedua, ingin mengetahui seberapa besar prestasi belajar matematikasiswa di kelas VII MTs Darul Falah Cijati Kabupaten Majalengka. Ketiga, ingin mengetahui adakah pengaruhpenggunaan alat peraga kartu persamaan terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa. Alat peraga kartu persamaan adalah suatu bentuk alat peraga matematika yang berkonsep dasar pada PersamaanLinear Satu Variabel. Alat peraga ini mudah didapatkan dan dibuat bersama-sama siswa, karena bahan dasarnyaterbuat dari kertas lipat. Alat peraga ini juga bermanfaat untuk membantu mempermudah menyelesaikan persamaanlinear satu variabel. Dalam penelitian ini, terdapat 2 variabel yaitu penggunaan alat peraga kartu persamaan sebagai variabel bebas (X)dan prestasi belajar siswa sebagai variabel terikat (Y). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIIMTs Darul Falah Cijati Kabupaten Majalengka tahun pelajaran 2011/2012 yang berjumlah 142 siswa. Sampel yangdipilih adalah 1 kelas sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan menggunakan teknik Cluster Sampling. Pengumpulan datamenggunakan angket dan tes.Pada umumnya siswa menyatakan setuju pembelajaran matematika menggunakan alat peraga kartu persamaan dikelas VII MTs Darul Falah Cijati Kab. Majalengka. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari respon siswa dilihat dari hasil angketbahwa sebanyak 77,1% siswa memberikan respon tinggi dan 22,9% siswa memberikan respon rendah. Berdasarkan ujistatistik didapat bahwa thitung > ttabel yaitu 6,704 > 2,035 yang berarti bahwa hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak danhipotesis a (Ha) diterima.Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifika

    Grants Expenditure and Capital Expenditure Pattern Analysis

    The aim of this research to determine the Political Budget Cycle's (PBC) patterns in grants expenditure and capital expenditure before, during, and after the regional election in Indonesia in 2012. The method used in this research is a mixed-method, where the first testing used simple regression (quantitative approach) then followed by content analysis (qualitative approach) for getting more finding from the data. Sample method used in this research is based on a purposive sampling method. The results showed that there were Political Budget Cyle's patterns though there was no significant effect of Regional Election on Grants Expenditure and Capital Expenditure. The conclusion indicated that there were Political Budget Cycle's patterns in Indonesia on Grants Expenditure and Capital Expenditure
